• follow signs for a331, sign posted farnham

• continue for approx 7 miles to end of a331

• follow signs for a31, sign-posted farnham

• as approach farnham, stay on a31, heading for alton

• continue on a31, over two sets of traffic lights and 3 roundabouts for about 16 miles

• enter four marks, at the bottom of the hill, turn right into lymington bottom road

• under the railway bridge, turn first right, then first left into mansfield business park
