Project Manager Download Responsibilities include: Accountable at any one point in time for multiple projects (typical 2-5 at one time) of gross margin of approximately €200K Responsible for setting in place the baseline and control framework for all allocated projects Responsible for monitoring and control of projects through to handover to customer and services Responsible for managing support from project coordination and procurement within the team and services and third parties outside the team Responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with the customer and ensuring effective communication and control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle Resource scheduling of both internal staff and third parties To develop project plans according to the deliverables and milestones defined in tender documents, and to keep all project plans up to date Report back to the Operations Director on a weekly basis with the status of projects To be able travel to any customer location in Europe, North America or Far East Full PiMSlider® training will be provided.	Software Developer Download As a software developer, this position requires an individual who possesses a combination of motivation, aptitude, and academic training sufficient to be or become a first class, professional software developer. This role will participate in all aspects of the software development process, with an emphasis on writing code. Key responsibilities will include: requirements analysis software design coding unit/integration/production testing deployment production support The following technical experience is mandatory for this role: Borland Delphi (version 5+) Visual Studio (Visual Basic 6, C++, Active X) XML MS SQL Server Developer Express (for Delphi) Full PiMSlider® training will be provided.
Support Engineer Download Responsibilities include: Answering and resolving of telephone and email support queries and queries logged in Problem Tracker for ATP customers Troubleshoot and provide recommended workarounds/fixes to complex problems Help maintain the Tracker system by keeping all call related and customer demographic information up to date Attending customer sites anywhere in Europe, North America and the Far East when required. An up-to-date passport for international travel would also be required Interface with Development, Quality Assurance and Project Management as required to escalate and resolve customer issues Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions related to software and installation errors for ATP customers Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources Full PiMSlider® training will be provided.	Data Analyst Download Responsibilities include: Help educate ATP customers to understand the data that ATP requires in order to correctly populate the PiMSlider database Work with customers to acquire and format data into a state that is ready for PiMSlider application software Provide debugging skills or maintenance during installation at customer sites Identify interfaces with external systems - such as Graphical Information Systems (GIS), Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Implement interfaces between PiMSlider and external systems Visit customer sites to install software, and train end-users Full PiMSlider® training will be provided.
